| LEROY is a new addition at Red Dog Ranch. Our jenny Lilly had him around 6 a.m. Thursday May 29, 2003. He was born with a creased ear that would not stand up and folded across the top of his head. I made a splint out of cardboard and wrapped it with gauze. It seems to be helping already and he dosen't seem to mind the splint. Otherwise he seems to be a happy, healthy little boy. |
| Well as you can tell from the photos, Leroy's ear is improving. He is five days old now and his ear is much better. I left the splint on only two days. His ear still has a crease in it and may never be totally okay but I am very happy that it looks this much better. ( Leroy grew up healthy and his ear developed normally, he is living in Colorado ) |
